I just called my 12 year old nephew and asked him if he would like to ride bikes with me today. He hesitated. What are you doing today sonny? " He said, nothing. So why don't you want to ride bikes with me? He said maybe monday or tuesday would be better. I said Sonny, What do you have to do that would be more fun than riding a bike with me!!' He wouldn't give me a straight answer: except someone might be coming over later but he's not sure. "o.k., thats fine. I hung up feeling a bit dejected. logged onto facebook and a sponsored add poped up that read " Are you looking for a bicycle buddy?? Contact us for bicycle buddies with your skill level in your neighborhood"
How is it my nephew and I are having trouble connecting but facebook seems to know what I'm thinking and pretends to care. I'm living in the wrong era.

Lifest was fantastic! The largest outdoor christian music festival featuring the top names in christain music. Hawk Nelson, Toby Mac, Andrew Peterson, my new buddy, and uh.....nine lashes. uh. a.j. arden the illusionist loaned me his bow tie. what a guy. He was funny. Got to see my buddy Daren Streblow. He killed earler in the the cafe tent and we caught up and he told me all about his exciting new radio project he's working on with multiple guests.
I had been gearing up to show off my flying bicycle but was unable to bring it to Oshkosh wisconsin.
I made excuses to a appreciative audience. There was only one guy who gave me a hard time about it. what was his name? It will come to me.
Shot over to lima Ohio on July 9th to Host the Clean Comedy Challenge. I was happy to see Clayburn Cox win. Dennis Regan was there and we got to laugh and share painful road stories.
Sunday July 10 was my Gladwin county fair show sponsored by 103 country. The owner and his family built me a flying bike! I almost cried and leaped for joy. Thats the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. secretly inside I was thinkng Oh No! How am I going to pull this off? My first live performance seeing a stand up comedian was David Brenner at the tennessee state fair so I got a real kick out of doing this show. I also like to think about all my comedian friends who could not handle this type of situation and enviroment and that makes me laugh like a child. come to think of it, don't think I've ever laughed like a adult? I should try that. ?? Wait a minute, I have my Herman Munster laugh which is very adult like.
